Feature
  • Beginners can operate this machine easily being arranged operating switch in order of working Process.
  • With using the speed cooling unit, the balanced rubber after finishing working is maintained in uncured condition.
  • This machine is operated in non-electrical load condition caused by fixed THK-bearing on the mold forth and back slide.
  • This machine has no transformation by casted body over FCD-45.
  • Connection between nozzle and locating is good and rubber do not let leak-out because of supplementary pressure time after injection.
  • Temperature control of temperature keeping oil is available to set up in a roon temperature to 120℃ and show exact value point ±2℃.
  • Worker’s tiredness is minimized because the height of machine is low for working.
  • The machine’s specification will be determinined by mold size and heating plate can be changeable.
  • The customer can choose the machine type between direct pressure type and clamping block type.
  • The customer can choose ejector gadget between front side of m/c or center area of mold.
